Affiliates may not earn commissions off their own purchases. Commissions must be earned from legitimate sales.
Only the use of "white hat" internet marketing techniques are acceptable. Any affiliate caught engaging in grey area or black activity will have their account put on hold as well as any funds seized and forfeited as we assess the damaged caused to our online reputation and page-rankings. This will also result in a ban from our sites. If you are unsure whether a marketing strategy is legitimate, please email us what you'll be doing and we'll be happy to work with you.
Affiliates may not “spam”, or scam in any way, or use use any form of advertising that is intrusive or unfair to the recipient or intended recipient. Affiliates must be honest when selling our products. Don't make things up – if you haven't used a product, you may use reviews that you find online, but you may not create reviews out of thin air for products you don't have any working knowledge of the effectiveness of.
In short, you may not engage in any sort of action or behavior that constitutes fraud, deception, misleading or otherwise unfair behavior while working as an affiliate for us. If we discover that you have done so, we will immediately close your affiliate account, and any monies in your account will be seized by us and given to a charity of our choice, and you will be blocked from becoming an affiliate in the future.
Affiliates are welcome to create and use any sort of advertising that is legal and morally aboveboard. If your advertising would upset, anger, be frowned upon, or in any way leave a bad or negative impression of our company, either because of the method of advertising, or what is said, it is unacceptable.
